DomiData

DomiData is a fully hosted and managed online database system with powerful and intelligent data mining and reporting features. The system was initially developed to meet the needs of EST's UK network of advice centres and area based local authority Decent Homes programmes.

More recently Hestia has configured DomiData to meet the requirements of CEEF (Defra's Community Energy Efficiency Fund). The system is now fully operational across Cornwall with a complete postcode address database and data integrated from a wide range of sources.

Hestia is currently working with several new clients to carefully specify systems that will meet their precise project delivery requirements. Our objective is to ensure that a DomiData system will not only help to get your project off to a flying start but will also enable the best use of the valuable data that you will capture over the lifetime of your scheme.

• The DomiData CEEF system offers integration with EEC claim spreadsheets and Eaga's online system and generates status reports for Warm Front grants. The system also dovetails with EST's SENSE database where this is required.
• DomiData will be set up with a complete set of address data for your project area with the option of integrating historical data where necessary.
• User access is available at different levels and can be configured for advisor staff, home visitors, installers and project managers.
• The system is fully scalable, accommodating projects with several million consumer records as well as those with just a few hundred.
• DomiData's encryption technology is highly secure and is identical to that used by major banks..
• DomiData is managed in a highly secure and protected location with no public access and subject to video surveillance and biometric security.
