The success of our programme management contracts has resulted in the development of large scale delivery capacity in two key areas of operation.

Independent Consumer Advice

Hestia delivers two Energy Saving Trust advice centres (ESTac) on behalf of the Energy Saving Trust, one based in Oldbury covering the entire West Midlands region and one based in Nottingham providing advice for the whole of the East Midlands. The advice centres offer householders independent customer-led advice on waste, water and transport as well as energy, to enable householders to easily take up sustainable energy products and services to promote a low carbon lifestyle and help saving money on fuel bills. Hestia has invested in dedicated IT and marketing systems as well as a core of highly skilled advisors.

Nationwide document processing and data management services

In the face of stiff competition the company won an OJEC tender in June 2007 to provide document processing and data management services to the Energy Saving Trust's national network of advice centres. This service is key to the Energy Saving Trust's delivery framework in the UK and we are delighted to have been successful on the basis of our competitive pricing and innovative proposals for service improvements.
