The success of our programme management contracts has resulted in the development of large scale delivery capacity in two key areas of operation.

Independent Consumer Advice

We currently operate two Energy Efficiency Advice Centres (EEACs) on behalf of the EST in the West Midlands. The Central Midlands and Black Country EEACs serve populations of over two million people with expert independent and impartial advice on energy efficiency and micro generation technologies. Hestia has invested in dedicated IT and marketing systems as well as a core of highly skilled advisors.

Nationwide document processing and data management services

In the face of stiff competition the company won an OJEC tender in June 2007 to provide document processing and data management services to the EST's national network of advice centres. This service is key to the EST's delivery framework in the UK and we are delighted to have been successful on the basis of our competitive pricing and innovative proposals for service improvements including full colour printing of Home Energy Check Reports to local users.
