Relationships.
The West Midlands Sustainable Housing Partnership (SHOPAR) has grown from a small group of like-minded local authority officers in the late 1990s to over 150 members from across the region in 2007. New members are always welcome and the past year has seen an influx from housing associations who value the peer networking and resources that the group has to offer.
Hestia has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework for local authorities who require a defined level of support to deliver affordable warmth strategies aiming to eliminate fuel poverty. Our SLA agreements are configurable to meet the key objectives and budgets of our partners and include additional support where required for the achievement of Local Area Agreements (LAA) targets.
The Energy Saving Trust's network of advicecentres across the UK is supported by a dedicated team at our Oldbury offices. We offer competitively priced services through volume discounts on printing, mailing, data processing and fulfilment services.
The company offers locally-marketed private sector housing insulation schemes on behalf of our local government partners. These are invariably supported with EEC/CERT grants from the energy supply industry that we broker independently.
