Local Authority Service Level Agreements

Hestia has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework for local authorities who require a defined level of support to help with the delivery of affordable warmth and sustainability strategies that aim to eliminate fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions. Our SLA agreements are configurable to meet the key objectives and budgets of our partners and include additional support where required for the achievement of Local Area Agreements (LAA) targets.

The establishment of fuel poverty baselines along with support with the development of policies and strategies is a critical element of our support in this area.
