Technical Services
We are able to not only carry out small-scale work such as SAP energy ratings and Part L compliance for new building projects, but also provide mandatory EPCs for an entire social housing stock.
In addition, our team has the skills to deliver larger-scale technical appraisal and business planning for residential CHP community heating schemes.
Hestia is approved for Project Management under the Constructionline scheme, which the Local Government Task Force recommends using as part of the selection process for consultants.
We believe that the demand for technical services will continue to grow in 2008, particularly with the introduction of EPCs for all rented housing and non domestic buildings.
